Delivery Attempts

 

If no one is available at the delivery address:

  • We will leave a notification card or message.

  • A second delivery attempt will be made.

  • If unsuccessful, your package may be held at a nearby hub for collection.

Restricted Items

Returns Policy

Return Shipments

 

If a shipment cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Return fees may apply based on the original delivery method and distance.

If your customer wishes to return an item, you can book a return delivery with us. Our team offers flexible return solutions for e-commerce businesses.

Refunds

 

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • The shipment was lost due to our error.

  • There was damage during transit caused by our handling.

  • Service guarantees (e.g., same-day delivery) were not met, subject to our review.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Supporting documentation (photos, proof of value) may be required.
